Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel LESS THAN 24 hours of your appointment time you can contacts via our chat box , email info@hoamobilemassage.com, or leave a voicemail at 470-684-6248 with your name and appt day and time to CANCEL/RESCHEDULE. Fees may apply to non membership holders. If you need to reschedule or cancel 24 hours OR MORE from you appointment time you can self reschedule and cancel through your profile portal. PAID APPOINTMENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND IF CANCELED 24 HOURS OR MORE FROM APPOINTMENT TIME. LESS THAN 24 HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION FEES. MEMBERSHIP HOLDERS WILL HAVE CREDITS REFUNDED BACK TO THEIR ACCOUNT AT NO EXTRA COST IF THEY NEED TO CANCEL.
