To be eligible for your neighborhood to receive an exclusive community discount the application form must be filled out and submitted below. There must be two points of contact within the community and at least 5 additional community members emails must be in the application. Once approved the community membership code will be sent to the Point of Contact and all recipients in the application. The point of contact (POC) can distribute the code to additional community members as needed. To maintain eligibility status a minimum of 5 memberships must be active (this includes paused memberships). If active memberships reduce below 5 then the community discount risk being deactivated and will be notified. Total number of active memberships are reviewed every 60 days. Upon initial activation community members will have 30 days to begin their memberships and meet the basic maintenance number required to keep the community code active.
