  • Can you do couples massages
    At this time we are unable to accomodate couples massages however, if two appointments are booked at back to back times in the same household those appointments can be rendered consecutively.
  • How do I reschedule my appointment?
    Appointments can be rescheduled through your login portal. If you need help to reschedule contact us via text 4044774137 or email infor@hoamobilemassage.com
  • Do you have availabilities today?
    To confirm appointment availabilities, visit our book-online tab and choose the appointment type you wish to book. Availabilities of that appointment type will be shown. Same day booking is permitted as long as it shows as available.
  • Do I need to wear a mask during my appointment?
    Masks are not required for clients. However, every therapist is required to wear a mask/face shield for the entire duration of the appointment.
  • How do I cancel my appointment?
    Appointments can be canceled up to 3 hours before the appointment time.You can login and view your bookings and cancel through your portal. If you need help canceling, please send us a text or an email; info@hoamobilemassage.com, 404-477-4137. fees may apply.
  • How do I book and appointment? (updated 1/1/23)
    Booking is self-automated through our booking portal. Click book online in the navigation bar and select your chosen service.
  • Can I make changes to my intake form/appointment?
    Changes to your intake form/scheduled appointment are authorized to be made by the client up to 2 hours before the reserved appointment. Changes can be made through your site member profile. Any changes that need to be made closer than 2 hours will need the assitance of our help desk. You can contact the help desk by texting or emailing us. Fees may apply for appointment changes made less than 2 hours from appointment time.
  • Why did I not receive a confirmation email?
    Confirmation emails are sent out automatically to the email on file. If you have not received a confirmation email within 5-10 mins of booking first check your spam, if no email shows then please contact us to verify your email. It is likely your email has bounced and the confirmation email could not be sent.
  • Can I use my own table?
    HOA Therapist are equipped with full supplies, table included. However, if you have your own table it is permissible to use (at the therapist discretion). Utilizing beds as tables is strictly prohibited unless you are under medical supervision requiring you to be bed ridden in a hospital medical bed.
  • Can I tip my therapist?
    Tipping is always appreciated and it lets your therapist know you enjoyed your service from them. As of 01/01/23 all therpaist can accept tips by cash or through their cash portal (cash app, venmo etc) only. You can ask your therapist at the time of service for this info.
  • Can I pay with cash?
    All services require a credit card to be put on file to secure the appointment slot and to pay. Cash is not accepted for payment of services.
  • I’ve paid for my appointment, and I need to cancel, do I get a refund?
    To be able to receive a full refund on paid appointments, appointments need to be canceled no later than 24 hours in advance. Same day cancellations receive a 50% refund and cancellations that are 3 hours or less from appointment time are charged 100% or given zero refund. Membership plan holders have no penalties for same day cancellations.
  • Can I Pay at the time of service?
    As of 01/01/23 we no longer accept reservations without prepayment. All appointments are to be paid in full when booking.
  • If I use my own supplies, does that lower my service price?
    Providing your own supplies does not change the service price.
  • Do you except HSA payments?
    Yes we except HSA forms of payment.
  • How do I redeem my eGift card?
    To redeem your eGift Card, type or copy & paste your eGift Card code in the 'Redeem Gift Card' box located at the top of the checkout page. DO NOT put eGift Card code in promo box as it will show as invalid.
  • How Do I receive a receipt?
    If a receipt is needed for your records, please send us an email to request the appointments you would like receipts for, and we will email you an invoice showing completion and payment.
  • I’ve used up my membership credits this month; do I need to pay full price for additional sessions?
    As of 01/01/23 all members are automatically enrolled in our HOA Loyalty rewards program. To use a discount on additional sessions navigate to your member portal and view your rewards. Available rewards will be highlighted and ready to use.
  • Can I book an appointment without a credit card?
    All services require a credit card or debit card to be put on file (cash app and venmo debit cards are also acceptable). As of 01/01/23 we now accept payments through Apple Pay.
  • How soon after surgery should I book and appointment?
    On average you should wait 6 weeks post procedure before booking a massage, unless you are cleared by your doctor to receive massage prior to the 6-week milestone. It is recommended that only Lymphatic drainage is received during intra-recovery of surgical procedures.
  • What do I need to have for my therapist arrival?
    Therapist come fully equipped and only require a space large enough to fit a 6x2 table with enough room to maneuver around it. You do not need to provide any sheets or emollients for your therapist. If appointment is after sundown, please ensure you provide a well-lit home for them to navigate their way into.
  • Do you offer oncology massage?
    We currently do not offer oncology massage. It is highly recommended that you are one year out from cancer treatments (chemo and radiation) before pursuing massage therapy.
  • Do you offer lymphatic drainage?
    We offer lymphatic drainage massage as single appointments and in a 3-appointment package
  • Do you have a brick and mortar location?
    HOA is exclusively a mobile business. We do not have a brick-and-mortar location. We gladly come to you at your home or place of business.
  • Why can't I book a hot-stone massage
    Hot Stone therapy is a members only deluxe service that can be booked by Rejuvenate Membership holders. Rejuvenate members have access to all 90 min services including Hot Stone Therapy and Destination Aroma Therapy. Click below to sign up now!
  • What is your travel radius?
    HOA provides services to the people of Atlanta and the greater Atlanta Areas. Our reach extends into several counties and towns: Cobb County, Fulton County, Clayton County, Dekalb County, and City of Atlanta
  • Do you offer pregnancy (prenatal) massage?
    At this time we currently do not offer prenatal massage.
  • Is there a penalty for canceling my membership?
    All memberships are contract free. You can cancel anytime through your member portal. There are zero penalties for canceling your membership.
  • Do my membership credits rollover?
    As of 01/01/23 member credits no longer rollover month to month. Credits renew at the beginning of every billing cycle.
  • I'm taking an extended vacation, can I pause my membership?
    Memberships and packages can be paused at anytime for any reason such as injury, travel, surgery etc. All remaining credits will stay valid and frozen until the membership or package is unpaused. All access to membership benefits is suspended until the plan or package is reactivated.
  • I'm have a membership and need to cancel an appointment. Do I get my credit refunded?
    Member credits are instantly added back to your account if an appointment that has yet to be rendered needs to be canceled.
